Ramira Sharad

Ramira Sharad is a Year 12 student at the German Swiss International School. She has a fascination with all things science but is particularly interested in the field of engineering, particularly materials science and sustainable design. She believes that the development of this field of study addresses plenty of global issues and plays a key role in building a more resilient future. Ramira envisions a future where AI and machine learning will contribute to the exploration of more efficient and sustainable design possibilities. Engineering, like it always has, will continue to play a crucial role in the development of society, and it will be shaped by more optimized designs and the invention of stronger, lighter materials.
