Kerrick Zhang

Kerrick is an incoming sophomore that attends Brookings High School in South Dakota. He is most interested in the fields of biochemistry and mathematics. His captivation of these fields originally started from his participation in prestigious competitions like MATHCOUNTS nationals and ISEF. Kerrick has been fascinated by the fields of biochemistry and mathematics particularly in the skills they use like problem solving and analytical thinking. Kerrick envisions the future of biochemistry to involve combating diseases & deficiencies with novel and groundbreaking medicine and technology. Kerrick believes that the field of mathematics will greatly serve as a benefactor to computing and upcoming machine learning.
