Jordan Demark

Jordan Demark is currently a freshman at Darien High School. He is interested in biology and aerospace technology. Jordan likes these areas because he is enrolled in a biology class and has seen many interesting parts of the subject. Jordan has always been fascinated by our accessibility to space. The mere concept that there is something beyond our known world is fascinating to him. He believes these topics are very interesting as to how the intricate pieces of the microbial world impact our daily lives. Jordan could envision it being applied and used in biology to improve the performance of space technology. He has already seen concepts for self-sustaining ecosystems within spacecraft, and that is just the tip of the iceberg.
